Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
2 1/4 cups Bisquick, divided ( tm)
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter, softened
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup chunky applesauce
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 eggs
Directions:
Mix oats, 1/4 cup Bisquick, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter. Set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients until well blended.
Pour into greased jelly roll pan. Spread batter to edges.
Sprinkle oats mixture over batter.
Bake at 425 F for 14-16 minutes or until light golden brown.
