Ingredients:
2 finely chopped cucumbers
2 finely chopped green onions
2 red and firm tomatoes, finely chopped
3 cups yoghurt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons brown sugar
8 mint leaves ( for garnishing)
Directions:
Take a big salad bowl and mix all the ingredients.
Allow to stand in the fridge or out of it for 15-20 minutes for the flavours to set in.
