Ingredients:
4 cups thinly sliced cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 lemons, juice of
1 oranges, juice of
1/4 teaspoon salt, to taste
1/3-1/2 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Pile the cabbage, carrots, pineapple into a large bowl.
Mix the dressing by whisking all the ingredients until creamy.
Thoroughly mix the salad and dressing.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
