Ingredients:
1 box lemon flake cake mix
1 box instant pineapple pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup cooking oil
10 ounces 7-Up soda
1 cup crushed pineapple ( drained)
1/2-1 cup butter or 1/2-1 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons cornstarch or 2 tablespoons flour
1 cup coconut (optional)
Directions:
Mix together above ingredients.
Pour into a 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
Bake at 325 for 30 to 35 minutes.
FROSTING———.
Mix and cook until thick.
Add coconut.
Let cake cool before icing.
