Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) boxes of all bran 100% all-bran cereal
5 cups flour
1 cup shortening, melted
3 cups sugar
1 quart buttermilk
5 teaspoons baking soda
4 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Bake in muffin tins on 400 F for 10 to 12 minutes.
Store in air tight containers and refrigerate for up to 6 weeks.
