Ingredients:
3 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
3 eggs
1 cup milk
2 (4 ounce) cans diced green chilies, drained
1 (4 cup) packages Mexican blend cheese, shredded
Directions:
Make cornbread according to box instructions.
Add drained chilies and cheese to batter.
Pour in 9×13 greased baking dish.
Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.
Serve with butter, if desired.
