Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups ten-grain pancake mix
1/2 cup sugar ( or sugar substitute)
1 cup crisp rice cereal
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon maple extract or 1 teaspoon almond extract or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients.
Roll into small balls.
Place on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Cool for one minute, put on cooling rack.
Give them to kids with a little less guilt.
