Ingredients:
3 slices light bread
2 ounces soymilk lite
2 egg whites
2 (3 g) packets Splenda sugar substitute
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
Directions:
combine all ingredients besides the bread.
soak bread for 10 minutes in mixture.
“fry” in nonstick pan until golden.
flip and repeat.
