Ingredients:
6 cups chicken stock
2 heads garlic, peeled
3 -6 jalapenos, seeded and chopped,to taste
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
salt
grated parmagiano cheese or monterey jack pepper cheese
Directions:
Combine stock, garlic, jalapenos, and herbs in pan, bring to a boil.
Reduce and simmer until garlic is soft, about 30 minutes.
Transfer to a blender, puree until smooth.
Season with salt, serve in mugs, topped with cheese.
