Ingredients:
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup raspberry yogurt
Directions:
In blender, combine milk, yogurt and vanilla.
Blend at high speed for 1 minute.
Crushed ice could be added for hot summer days.
Add more fruit, if using 1 percent or nonfat milk.
