Ingredients:
2 -3 tablespoons olive oil
3 -4 yellow squash, sliced 1/4-inch thick
Directions:
Heat heavy skillet over MED-HI heat; add oil.
When heated, add squash and saute until tender and slightly browned, about 8-10 minutes.
