Ingredients:
3/4 cup oat bran
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 eggs
1/4 cup almond milk
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
3 medium ripe bananas
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Oil bread pan.
Mix oat bran, flour, baking soda, baking powder and walnuts in a bowl.
Put honey, olive oil, egg, milk, vanilla extract and bananas in blender and mix completely.
Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
Pour into pan.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Cool completely.
