Ingredients:
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
6 tablespoons cocoa ( Hershey is best)
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups tap water
Directions:
Place all dry ingredients in mixer bowl.
Blend slowly.
Add rest of ingredients.
Mix very slowly to start then mix well.
9×13 cake pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
