Ingredients:
2 cups canned red kidney beans, washed
1 cup green beans, cooked and in one inch pieces
1 cup yellow beans, cooked and in one inch pieces
1 medium vidalia onions, sliced thin and halved
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons prepared Dijon mustard
Directions:
Place vegetables in a serving dish.
Add dressing and toss.
Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
