Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) cans Veg-All, drained
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup celery soup
1 cup shredded cheese ( I use sharp cheddar cheese)
4 teaspoons margarine, melted
20 Ritz crackers, crushed ( any kind of snack cracker will do.)
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients, except margarine and crackers.
Put into a 2 quart casserole.
Bake for 45 minutes, at 300 F.
Melt margarine.
Mix crackers crumbs with margarine.
Sprinkle over the top.
Bake an additional 15 minutes.
