Ingredients:
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup coarsely chopped onions
1 medium green bell peppers, coarsely chopped
3/4 cup boiling water
8 ounces can tomato sauce
1/2 tablespoon chili powder ( more to taste)
1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3/4 cup dry textured vegetable protein ( TVP)

Directions:
Heat the oil and saute the onions and pepper for 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over hamburger rolls.

Servings: 4

Time preparation: 10 min.

Time total: 35 min.
