Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups soymilk or 2 1/2 cups water

Directions:
Mix everything in a large bowl and let rest 5-10 minutes.
Cook on greased skillet.

Servings: 5-10
