Ingredients:
garbanzo beans (whatever you like) or white beans (whatever you like) or black beans ( whatever you like)
1 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons tahini
1 tablespoon miso (optional)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt and pepper

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a food processor and whir until smooth.
Spread on bread and top with sprouts, shredded carrots, tomatoes, lettuce, bell peppers or whatever you enjoy.

Servings: 2-4
