Ingredients:
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 cup nonfat yogurt or 1 cup low-fat yogurt
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Directions:
Whirl all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
