Ingredients:
4 potatoes, baked and mashed
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup onions, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup milk
salt and pepper

Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the potatoes and remaining ingredients.
Spread mixture into an ungreased 13×9 inch baking dish.
Cover with foil; bake in a 350F oven for 40 minutes.
