Ingredients:
4 slices rye bread
4 teaspoons prepared mustard
4 tablespoons fat-free thousand island salad dressing
6 tablespoons sauerkraut, well drained
6 ounces deli turkey, sliced
2 ounces swiss cheese, sliced
Directions:
Preheat toaster oven to 400.
Spread one side of each slice of bread with 1 teaspoon mustard and 1 tablespoon 1000 Island; Divide the suarkraut and turkey evenly between 2 of the bread slices; Top each with 1 slice of cheese and remaining slice of bread; Place sandwiches on a baking sheet or toaster oven sheet and bake until cheese melts and sandwiches are hot, about 6 minutes.
