Turkey Meatloaf With Spinach and Bacon

Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs ground turkey
10 ounces frozen chopped spinach
1/3 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 eggs
1 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 slices bacon

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Squeeze out excess water out of spinach.
Use a large egg.
Mince Garlic.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except bacon. Shape into a loaf and place in a shallow baking dish.
Arrange bacon across top.
Bake 1 1/4 hours or until a meat thermometer registers 160.

Servings: 6

Time preparation: 15 min.

Time total: 16 min.
