Ingredients:
2 cups cubed cooked turkey ( smoked turkey is best)
1 1/2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms, drained
salt and pepper

Directions:
In a mixing bowl, add the turkey, macaroni, 1 1/2 cup cheese, soup, milk, mushrooms, salt and pepper; stir to combine.
Transfer to a greased 2 quart casserole dish.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 60-65 minutes or until the macaroni is tender.
Uncover; sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake 5-10 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
