Ingredients:
2 lbs turkey tenderloins or 2 lbs turkey breast, Cooked and Cubed
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mangoes, Cut Into Small Cubes
1/4 cup red onions, Cubed
1/4 cup red peppers, Cubed
1/4 cup pineapple, Sliced
1/4 cup bananas, Cubed
1/2 limes, Juice
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper ( or adjust for more heat)
1 tablespoon orange juice
2 tablespoons chopped macadamia nuts (optional)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Place scoop on salad greens or use as filling between your favorite bread.
