Ingredients:
2 bay leaves
4 drops Tabasco sauce
5 tablespoons finely chopped onions
1 teaspoon salt
7 1/2 cups tomato juice
4 tablespoons gelatin
1 1/3 cups cold water
4 tablespoons vinegar

Directions:
Combine bay leaves, Tabasco sauce, onion, salt and tomato juice.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Soften gelatin in cold water,.
Dissolve in juice mixture.
Add vinegar.
Strain and Jell.

Servings: 18

Time preparation: 20 min.

Time total: 30 min.
