Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups orange juice, chilled
1 cup cut-up mangoes, chilled
1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
0.5 (12 1/3 ounce) packages light firm tofu, chilled and drained
Directions:
In blender, combine orange juice, mango, strawberries, and tofu. Cover and blend until smooth.
