Ingredients:
1 cup rice
2 cups beef broth
1 onions, sliced thinly
1 medium green peppers, sliced thinly
1 large tomatoes, sliced thinly
4 -6 pork chops
sliced mushrooms, optional
Directions:
Put rice and broth in a baking dish.
Put sliced vegetables on top of rice and then layer pork chops on top of rice.
Cover and bake at 350 deg for 45 minutes or until rice is tender.
