Ingredients:
4 pork chops
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup chunky style salsa
1 (4 ounce) cans diced green chilies, undrained

Directions:
In large skillet, brown chops in oil on one side, about two minutes.
Turn chops; add salsa and chilies.
Lower heat, cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes.

Servings: 3-4

Time preparation: 5 min.

Time total: 17 min.
