Tex-Mex Black Bean and Smoked Sausage Casserole

Ingredients:
1 (30 ounce) cans black beans, drained & rinsed
1 (14 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1/2 cup hot salsa ( homemade or purchased)
1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon catsup
1 lb smoked sausage or 1 lb kielbasa, sliced or 1 lb meat, substitute sliced

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Drain and rinse beans.
Chop sausage.
Mix everything well in an ovenproof casserole dish.
Cover and bake for 1 hour.
Uncover and bake another 20-30 minutes.

Time total: 95 min.
