Ingredients:
1/2 cup lemon juice ( from concentrate)
1/2 cup light soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
3 teaspoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons water
1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
5 boneless chicken breasts
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except chicken in a non-stick frying pan. Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves, about 3 minutes.
Add chicken, turning chicken occasionally.
Cook about 45 minutes.
