Ingredients:
3 cups cooked garbanzo beans
1 onions, chopped
1 tomatoes, chopped
2 green chilies, chopped
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon chat masala
1 teaspoon tandoori masala
1 tablespoon dried fenugreek leaves ( kasuri methi)
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
Directions:
Heat the oil on a tava and fry the onion until light brown.
Add the ginger and garlic pastes and fry for a few seconds.
Add the tomato, green chillies, turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder,cuminseed powder, chaat masala, tandoori masala and fenugreek leaves and cook.
Cook for 2 minutes. While cooking, sprinkle a little water if necessary.
Add the garbanzo beans and salt and cook for a few minutes.
Sprinkle cilantro leaves on top.
Serve with Indian bread.
