Ingredients:
1 lb ground chuck
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons brown sugar ( or more, to taste)
3/4 cup catsup
1/8 teaspoon vinegar
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard or 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
onions ( to taste)
green peppers ( to taste, personally I don’t care for them)
Directions:
Brown & drain meat.
Put back in skillet and add rest of ingredients; heat through & serve! (Serve on buns, put on salad greens, or even on nachos!).
