Ingredients:
1 cup cantaloupe, chopped
1 bananas
2 cups red grapes, frozen
1 cup lemon- lime-flavored seltzer water
Directions:
Place in your blender the cantaloupe, the banana broken into pieces, the grapes, and the seltzer. Blend until they come together as a smoothie. Add a little more seltzer if you need it. Enjoy!
