Ingredients:
3/4 cup uncooked long-grain rice
2 cups boiling water
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/4 cups whole milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 ounces Velveeta cheese, diced
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325F.
Cook rice in boiling water until dry.
Add milk, eggs, salt and sugar.
Add diced cheese.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until golden.
