Ingredients:
1 cup fresh strawberries
3/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
3 teaspoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender bowl and process until smooth.
Serve at once.
