Ingredients:
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes with onion and green pepper ( or the plain or other variety)
1 eggs, beaten
1/8 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4-1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon pepper
salt, to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease/spray an 8″ or 9″ baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combione all ingredients; mix well.
Por the mixture into prepared baking dish.
Bake, uncovered at 350 for about 45 minutes.

Servings: 4-6

Time preparation: 5 min.

Time total: 50 min.
