Ingredients:
1 cup fruit cocktail in heavy syrup
1 cup self rising flour
1 cup white sugar ( or 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup white sugar)
Directions:
Mix ingredients and bake in 8″ square pan at 350 degrees until golden brown and bubbly.
Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
