Ingredients:
1 cup rice
2 cups chicken stock
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green peppers
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon butter

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F.
Combine all ingredients in casserole dish.
Cover and bake one hour.
NOTE: add soya sauce to rice for flavour if desired.

Time total: 63 min.
