Ingredients:
2 lbs spinach, cooked and drained
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon melted butter
3 tablespoons catsup
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
3 tablespoons wheat germ
1 tablespoon melted butter
nonstick cooking spray
2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
2 tablespoons wine
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons brown sugar
salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano

Directions:
Combine spinach through horseradish.
Put in a casserole coated with cooking spray.
Combine wheat germ and butter and sprinkle over top.
Bake at 325F for 20 minute.
Mix tomato paste through oregano, warm in a saucepan and serve with spinach.
