Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 small chopped onions
1 (10 ounce) bags fresh spinach, washed and trimmed

Directions:
In a large frypan, heat olive oil over medium heat; cook walnuts for 2 minutes.
Add onion, cook until softened, about 2 minutes.
Add spinach, in batches; cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.

Servings: 4
