Ingredients:
1 1/2 kg pork spareribs, cut in half
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons minced ginger
3 tablespoons maple syrup
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 pinch five-spice powder (optional)
Directions:
Mix together the marinade ingredients in a large bowl, add the spareribs, cover and leave to marinate over night.
Place in oven preheated to 180c.
Cook 1-1 1/2 hours, turning occasionally until the ribs are cooked.
