Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) cans pumpkin
3 eggs
1/4 cup oil (optional)
1 (18 ounce) boxes spice cake mix or 1 (18 ounce) boxes carrot cake mix
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325.
Mix pumpkin, eggs, and oil well.
Blend in cake mix till well blended.
Spray 1 large loaf pan with cooking spray, or divide batter into muffin pan.
Bake 50-55 mins, or till tests clean.
Turn out on rack and cool.
