Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup soft breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/2 lb Italian sausages, chopped
1 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
2 (28 ounce) cans whole tomatoes, drained and chopped
2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 (14 ounce) cans beef broth
1 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons basil
2 teaspoons oregano
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon sugar
salt and pepper
hot cooked spaghetti
fresh, grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
Mix well first 7 ingredients.
Form into small balls.
Brown in dutch oven over med.
heat.
Drain and set aside.
In same pan, cook sausage, onion and green pepper until vegetables are soft.
Add remaining ingredients.
Add meatballs.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 2 hours.
Serve over spaghetti, sprinkle with parmesan.
