1 bananas
6 strawberries, frozen
1/2 cup firm tofu
honey

Directions:
This is a quick delicious recipe and a great way to sneak soy into the diet of someone who needs it but hates to take it.
Blend all the ingredients in a blender.
Process until smooth.
Then, all you have to do is serve it and watch it disappear!
