Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
1/2 cup minced onions
1 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 flour tortillas, 7 inch
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Brown beef and onions, drain.
Add beans, chili powder, cumin, and salt.
Place mixture in greased 13×9 baking pan.
Arrange tortillas on top.
Combine soup and tomatoes.
Pour over tortillas.
Sprinkle with the cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350* for 30 minutes.
