Ingredients:
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15 ounce) cans red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
3/4 cup mild salsa
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
Directions:
In a 13 x 9 inch baking pan, combined the broth, beans, salsa, and garlic.
Add the chicken and mix everything together.
Bake at 350F for 45 minutes, stirring after the first 20 minutes.
