Ingredients:
2 lbs frozen hash browns
1/2 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 (8 ounce) cartons sour cream
1 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup or 1 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of celery soup
1 (15 ounce) jars Cheez Whiz or 2 cups grated cheese
2 cups crushed corn flakes
1/4 cup melted butter
Directions:
Defrost potatoes and place into a 3-quart casserole dish.
Combine butter, salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour over potatoes.
Mix 1/4 cup melted butter with corn flakes; sprinkle over top.
Cover and bake at 450 F for 45 minutes.
