Ingredients:
1/2 cup Southern Comfort
1/4 cup red wine
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, minced
72 ounces rib eye steaks
Directions:
Whisk marinade ingredients together in medium bowl.
Pour over steaks in shallow container, saving a small portion for basting.
Cover and refrigerate steaks 1 hour.
Grill steaks as desired, basting occasionally with small reserved portion of marinade.
