Ingredients:
32 ounces frozen hash browns, o’briens are good
1 (10 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
8 ounces light sour cream
8 ounces cheddar cheese, pre-shredded
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 1/2 teaspoons salt, adjust to taste
1 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
Pour into greased 9×13 pan and top with bread crumbs.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
