Ingredients:
1/2 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 cup salsa
1 cup corn
1/4 cup diced red peppers
soft tortillas
cheese
ripe olives
sour cream ( etc)
Directions:
Heat skillet; cook and brown the turkey.
Add onion and chili powder; cook for 3 minutes.
Stir in salsa, corn and red peppers; cook 3 minutes.
Place turkey mixture in center of each tortilla.
Fold and top with cheese and other favorites.
